Workers’ Compensation Textbook
Mr. Jernigan is an adjunct professor of Workers’ Compensation Law at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he has taught for well over a decade. Many lawyers practicing in this field have studied under Mr. Jernigan. He is the author of North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Law and Practice, the leading text on workers’ compensation law in North Carolina. First published in 1988 this text is now in its fourth edition.
